Refunds & Returns
If you encounter an issue with a Pro-GreenMX product that you have ordered from pro-greenmx.com / pro-greenmx.co.uk – please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact page on our website. When you email us please provide a full description of the product and why you wish to return the product. Photographic evidence may be requested by us before guaranteeing a refund.
Items eligible for return must have been purchased directly from us within the last 30 days, must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is safely returned to Pro-GreenMX. We recommend using a recorded courier or postal service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to manufacturing error, which will require proof of postage. A Pro-GreenMX representative will confirm this before return and postage will be reimbursed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for parcels to reach us, once received we will confirm with you before settling your refund. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
If you have purchased clothing from us and wish to exchange for a new size, please contact email@example.com to discuss the available options.
If you wish to exchange your clothing and have confirmed your exchange with Pro-GreenMX please post back your item safely, in original condition with tags alongside a written explanation of your exchange, we recommend using a recorded courier or postal service (keep proof of postage). Postage costs are non-refundable. Once received the new item will be despatched with no additional postage charges. Please allow up to 5 working days for exchange to be received and resent.
Exchanges are not available on any other products.
Pro-GreenMX reserves the right to decline an exchange dependent on stock levels and condition of product when received. Products can only be exchanged for a new size and not for a different product.
