We aim to dispatch all of our orders on the same day when ordered Monday-Thursday before 2:30PM. This is not always possible due to high volumes of orders, but if you have ordered Next Day Delivery before 2pm Monday-Thursday we will ensure your order is dispatched.
Your tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address/phone number that you will have provided to us at the time of purchase. If you have not received tracking information and wish to track your parcel please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow 3 working days before contacting us in regards to your order. After 3 working days please email us (email@example.com) and we will track down your parcel for you.
Please email us as soon as you receive your parcel and we will look into the matter further. If you have ordered multiple products, they may have been packaged separately leading to boxes being split up during transit – we will be able to confirm this for you.

Yes, unless you have brought the concentrated refill in which you dilute 50/50 with water.
Yes, our products are 100% salt-free, which means that they will cause no harm to any sensitive metals, paint work, carbon fibre, anodised parts etc.
